All the Coal Mine Owners in Punjab are advised to submit February Returns for the week i.e. 9th to 15th February, 2026, selected by the Chief Inspector of Mines, duly signed by the Owner/Agent/ Manager of Mines/Quarries on or before 31st March, 2026.
